A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments over $150.
failure to pay could result in the appointment no longer being available to you.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required in order for us to fill your appointment. If less then this is given unfortunately your deposit will not be carried over to a future appointment.

(we understand that life happens and will never be unreasonable but please understand we are running a business and we rely heavily on our appointments being filled )

Please be punctual for your appointment as any late arrivals affect the entire salon and subsequent clients. If you are 10 or more minutes late we may not be able to provide the full service you had booked for or may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

If in the unlikely occasion you are unhappy with the service provided by us we have a 2 week grace period allowing for any adjustments to be made. If left longer then 2 weeks or you simply change your mind from what was discussed with your stylist the service will no longer be complementary

With current government guidelines and restrictions unfortunately we do not have the space for you to bring extra guests to your appointment.
